ldris is the President/CEO of Consultancy
Dellamore lnt/Dynamic O il & Gas DMCC Dubai.
He is the immediate past MD/CEO of Kaduna
Electricity Distribution Company that handed over to
the private owners of the company in December 2014.
On handing over Kaduna Disco, ldris assumed the
leadership of consultancy Dell’amore International Ltd
a world class consultancy firm in the energy sector in
Nigeria which has been in existence since 1997.
With his wealth of experience in the industry in Nigeria
and overseas, he gave the firm a new direction with a
strong desire to provide electricity to rural areas in
Nigeria and beyond the shores.
In this direction he initiated a special programme
tagged ‘powering Rural communities” the scheme that
has a solid foundation with foreign world class investo rs
who have interest in improving power supply in Nigeria
and Africa, especially through “Powering Africa
Grants”.
Consultancy Dell’amore international Ltd is already in
discussion with Federal and some state governments in Nigeria to Construct new power generation projects
within 90 days using some new technological
innovations.
The firm is currently in discussion with government of
Kaduna state Government has approved construction
of 100 megawatts solar power plant. Katsina & Kana
states have agreed to approved construction of 1 00
megawatts solar power plant as well.
There is also proposed 1 00 megawatts solar power
plant in Cross River.
The Presidential init iative on North East (PINE) has
already agreed to engage the service of the firm to
extend access to electricity in the areas ravaged by the
insurgents. Cdi is also working foreign investor from
USA & China in generate power from coal in Kogi &
Combe State.
Cdi has just been appointed consultants to Nigeria
Embassy in USA, Washington DC to identify financially
capable world class investo rs to come & develop
Nigerias power sector.
Cdi is also to restructure the operations of the Embassy
to provide world class consular services.
The CEO of Cdi, ldris Muhammad was in the
consultants team of precedential business delegation
that brought a
consortium of 18 chinese
companies to Nigeria and signed
MOU to generate power from
coal in kogi state.
ldris Muhammad/CEO is a
strong and active member of this organization.
ldris Muhammad/CEO is a advisor to the above committee.
ldris Mohammad/CEO also took this award as Member Governing Council WAPIC 2014. He was conferred this exhalation by Wapic (West Africa Power Industry Council)
The only Disco CEO in
Nigeria’s power sector that achieved the presidential
mandate in
providing regular power supply to its customers for a
minimum of 18 hours daily and 24 hours in some
locations at Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company as
attested by
DC BPE during official handing over to new owners on 4th December, 2014
